Due to the nature of fine art as limited-edition, custom-crafted pieces, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each artwork is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure pristine condition upon delivery.

All custom work (such as photography, digital audtis, and tailored visual strategies) created for clients remains the intellectual property of beyond postcards until full payment is received. Upon purchase, you receive a license for personal or brand use.

Moodboard visuals and inspirational materials may include third-party images (Pinterest, Stock Sources) and are for showcase and reference purposes only. These visuals are not licensed for use in your content, advertising, or promotions.
Any unauthorized use of these visuals is at the client's own liability and legal compliance. Beyond postcards (Patricia Olivia Neubauer) assumes no responsibility for misuse.

All fine art photography works sold under beyond postcards (aka Patricia Olivia Neubauer) remain the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these artworks is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Beyond postcards is not liable for:
- Misuse or unauthorized use of any third-party visuals provided as inspiration.
- Any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from the client's use of our delivered products.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, travel interruptions).

We thrive to deliver all services as outlined, and communication will remain transparent throughout the process.

We take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your fine art. Beyond postcards is not liable for delays, damages, or lost shipments caused during transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your artwork arrives damaged.

All digital services (audits, moodboards, IG makeovers) will be delivered as PDF files within the stated timeframe after receiving all necessary client details.
On-site photography and videography services require a signed agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.

For any custom photography or videography delivered:
- You receive the rights for personal or brand use.
- Usage for paid advertisements, promotions, or commercial purposes requires an additoinal license fee.

For on-site services requiring travel:
- Travel expenses (flights, acccomodation, transport) will be invoiced separately and discussed in advance.
- Clients are responsible for covering all additional travel-related costs.

We value your privacy. Any personal data (e.g. email addresses, Instagram handles, brand preferences) collected during the purchase process via questionnaires is solely used for delivery services. Your data will not be shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes without your consent.
